I recently had the pleasure of staying at a lovely hotel in the slopes. the location was perfect, right in the center of town, yet tucked away in a quiet area of Zermatt. the rooms were large and well-appointed, with stunning views of the Matterhorn. the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel had wonderful facilities, including a magnificent jacuzzi and steam room.
One minor downside was the shower, which was a bit weak.

Excellent view of the Matterhorn from the breakfast room. Ten minute walk from the station
Room was on the small side but very clean and airy but bathroom was a very good size but you only sleep there. Nothing to complain about though.

it is very close to matterhorn. set only 500 feet away, restaurant julen is a wonderful place to eat nearby.

Great location with stunning views and easy access to skiing. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. the spa facilities were very relaxing.
The rooms were a bit outdated and not as clean as expected. the shower was terrible, with very weak water pressure.

The room was absolutely amazing and spacious, with a view that was breathtaking. The hospitality of the hosts was excellent, and they made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. The spa and steam room were a great addition after a long day of sightseeing.
The breakfast was a disappointment. It was not ready on time and when it was finally served, there was a limited amount of food for the number of guests.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Zermatt. the value for money was exceptional. The prices were reasonable and affordable, especially given the location of the hotel. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The rooms were newly renovated and extremely clean, with Scandinavian-inspired decor. I particularly loved the huge wrap-around balcony that offered a breathtaking view of the Matterhorn. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. I enjoyed a wide selection of food while taking in the stunning view of the Matterhorn.
No improvement needed.

This hotel offers excellent value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is convenient, with a ski bus stop nearby. The staff is friendly and provides great service. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a huge wrap-around balcony offering a fantastic view of the Matterhorn. The breakfast is delicious and well-presented, and you can enjoy it while admiring the pretty Matterhorn view.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.
